Today is a rest day. We're having a cookout tonight with the whole crew, including Navy divers. It's going to be fun. Tomorrow, part of the production team will leave us for two weeks of filming in the Amazon for a piece by Fabien's sister Celeine -- I can't wait to hear their stories when they return!
Last night, we went to an great lecture by Bob Croft at the History of Diving Museum. He was a Navy diving instructor and the first person to free-dive beyond 200 ft deep. He said, "You really don't need to breathe as often as you think you do."
